Tuesday

  • Peer led exercise 8:00 a.m.- 9:00 a.m. Video tape will be used.
  • Wii bowling tournament from August through October. Watch this web site for Wii practice for second tournament to start after the first of the year. At the end of each tournament, the team with the most wins is the winning team and there will be a celebration and awards.
  • Aerobics with Virginia 8:00 a.m.- 9:00 a.m. Aerobics will resume on October 7, 2008.
  • Blood Pressure - 2nd and 4th Tuesdays - 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
  • Hooks and Needles 10:00 a.m.
  • Mah Jong - 1:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m. Beginners welcome.
  • Movies 1:00 p.m.

Wednesday

  • Contract Bridge 9:15 a.m.
  • Hand & Foot Cards -2nd and 4th WEdnesdays of the month from 9:00 a.m. - noon.
  • Coffee and Bagel Social Hour -3rd WEdnesdays of the month from 9:00 a.m.- 10:00 a.m.
  • "Trivia" game - 3rd Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon.
  • Poker 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
  • Parkinsons 9:30 a.m.
  • Chess Club - 7:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Resuming again in September, 2008.
