MEMBERSHIP AND REGISTRATION

Annual Participation Fee

The annual participation fee of $10 for the 2008 calendar year are due now. This fee is applicable for participants of any activities or events sponsored by the Senior Activity Center. Those who are not paid members may be charged an additional fee each time they sign up for a trip or attend an activity. (This membership fee is not required of those attending such activities as support groups, receiving home delivered meals or flu shots.)


To Register

You may register for the activities with the Customer Service Representative seated just inside the entry at the Community Center between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Informational flyers about programs, fees, support services and trips are available in the Senior Activity Center office which is located in the Community Center.


You may now register online at fh.az.gov/recreation. There is a small fee for this service.
