  • Peer led exercises - Peer led exercises will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8-9:00 a.m. using video tapes through September, 2008.
    No charge; video tapes utilized. Brings mats and hand weights.
  • Exercise With Virginia - Tuesdays and Thursdays - 8:00-9:00 a.m. See below for schedule.
    Classes resume October 7, 2008. Membership required

  • Line Dancing-Beginning - Thursdays 10:30-Noon

    Open to men and women! Join this group to learn or practice line dancing steps such as the grapevine, the cha-cha, pigeon toes, swivels and bumps. Line dancing is good exercise and does not require partners.

    Not for beginners. Learn new steps and dance routines with friends who have graduated from the Thursday morning class.

    A representative from Spooner & Shaft presents a 20 minute discussion and demonstration of exercises used to prevent and/or treat serious sports or fitness related injuries. Often graphic handouts are available. Spooner & Shaft seminars on the first Thursday of each month resuming in Fall, 2008. Watch the web site for the fall schedule. No fee nor registration.
